My work spans energy management, international retail platforms, and projects supporting Fortune 500 and global organisations across industries such as manufacturing, banking, and pharmaceuticals. I'm a technical leader who builds, scales, and manages teams that deliver maintainable enterprise applications.
I'm comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives, ensuring technical direction and business goals remain aligned. Having started as a full-stack developer, I've taken my positive and negative experience of being managed through my career as a way to shape my current leadership style.
I focus on creating efficient, motivated teams built on clear communication, streamlined processes, and continuous improvement. The people I lead have multiplied their output, with near-zero turnover. I am proud to have helped many of the people I've managed be promoted to senior and leadership roles.
I bring AI into my team's workflow to maximise throughput whilst implementing the right processes to minimise the potential risks it can come with. By promoting tooling that strips out repetitive manual work, either off-the-shelf or built in-house, we deliver significant efficiencies for the whole business and not just my own engineers.
